Upcoming Social Feeds in Vancouver

Communal dining isn't necessarily a new concept in Vancouver, but The Social Feed is making sure the trend is here to stay. It's definitely an experience worth taking advantage of; catch The Social Feed at these three Vancouver locations and make a reservation before tables sell out

As young professionals, we’re always looking for an excuse to get out and try the latest spots opening up around town. Be it a trendy new cafe, unique gallery opening, fashion boutique or hot new restaurant, we’re pretty much first in line, or not far behind.

That’s why we get excited when some of our go-to haunts add a new twist to their traditional dining experience. Enter SocialFeed.com, which has helped a few local favourites do just that via the popular communal dining trend that aims to ‘bring the party to the table.’

We’ve always loved the Irish Heather’s Long Table Series introduced to Vancouverites a few years ago courtesy of Gastown’s Heather Hospitality Group, so this latest series to launch around town is a welcomed one.

Social Feed Vancouver has yet again partnered with a handful of notable culinary hubs around Gastown this month to create dining experiences that combine pretty much all our favourite things: guaranteed laughs, great company, an excuse to socialize, amazing food and wine to wash it down.

What’s on the list for January? Save On Meats is offering up a neatly packaged night out for under $50 (includes tax and tip). Or, tempt your taste buds over at Nuba and go Lebanese for the night for under $30. Rounding out this month’s communal offerings is Peckinpah, which brings a little bit of southern comfort to the table with their Carolina-style BBQ fixins (all for under $30).
