Today’s Notable 3some in Toronto: July 22, 2014

It's a Tuesday in Toronto, which means there are way more things happening than you think. Hit the Opera House for some happy music, find a date and check out one of our favourite restaurants in the city, or enjoy a movie in the most public place in all of Toronto

Here’s a trio of the hottest things you can do on the second last Tuesday in July.*

Camera Obscura
Where: The Opera House
When: 8:00pm

These Scots have been around for a while for good reason. Their brand of indie pop is easy on the ears and will have your body moving to upbeat sounds in just seconds. It’s happy music. No, not Pharrell happy, but more like this. If you want to spend your Tuesday dancing, this is where to do it.

Date Night
Where: Hudson Kitchen
When: After 6:00pm

We’ve been telling you how great Hudson Kitchen is since last year, so it’s no surprise that we’re behind their date night prix fixe. For just $30 each, you and your favourite (we hope) date will enjoy a culinary tour of chef Robbie Hojilla’s impressive kitchen.

Little Miss Sunshine
Where: Yonge-Dundas Square
When: 9:00pm

This is the trailer. If you haven’t seen it yet, it’s going to make you laugh. So imagine what the full length movie will do. And what better place to enjoy watching someone else’s family break down for your own enjoyment than in the most public place in all of Toronto? Enjoy.

*Of course, no one would blame you for coming out to be second best
