Notable Poll: What’s Toronto’s Best Healthy Restaurant?

While it’s easy to indulge in the pizzas, pastas and poutines that this great city has to offer, it’s important to know that eating out doesn’t have to mean pigging out. Toronto is full of amazing healthy restaurants with all kinds of super-clean organic, vegan and vegetarian options. The questions is, which one do you think is the best?

It’s easy to naturally accept a world in which eating at a restaurant is synonymous with being unhealthy… or at the very least, lenient with nutrition. The majority of restaurants, after all, are heavy on classic ingredients known to seduce our taste buds while taunting our bodies: oil, butter, salt and cheese.

But with better weather on our doorsteps, the last thing we need is bigger numbers on our scales.

Lucky for us, the health trend is clear; demand for organic continues to grow, gluten-free and dairy-free diets are milking the mainstream, and juice bars are literally growing on trees. And as the wave gets bigger and bigger, more and more healthy restaurants are sprouting up around the city, providing us with a very healthy selection of alternatives.

So what we want to know is, what do you think is Toronto’s best healthy restaurant?

Take a look at the options below and let us know where you prefer to cuddle the kale. If there’s somewhere you like that we haven’t listed, select “Other” and enter their name. We’ll make sure they don’t get the raw end of the deal…
