We’ve all heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and in this town we take this point very seriously. In fact, it wouldn’t be a stretch to say that many of us have pledged allegiance to our favourite brunch spots with the same fierce loyalty we have for our sports teams.
When hunger calls, the brunch crowd has an abundance of fantastic options for classic eggs and bacon, buffets and Benedicts. But this week, we want to know which Calgary restaurant, hotel or diner serves up the best brunch in the city.
To make this fun, we’ve scoured the city from the Southwest to the Northeast and compiled a list of tried and true spots that warrant waiting in line for two hours on the weekend or driving an extra 20 minutes to indulge.
