When it comes to junk food, there are two foods that reign supreme: doughnuts and ooey, gooey mac and cheese.
While both can be consumed in a myriad of ways, some genius decided to combine the two to create a cheesy, crunchy hybrid that can only be described with one word: epic.

Unfortunately, this food baby is only available south of the border. It was dreamed up by Minneapolis’s Glam Doll Donuts which, if their Instagram account is any indication, is well-known for their crazy, deep-fried concoctions.
The mac and cheese doughnuts were created to celebrate the opening of their new location, which unfortunately, is about a 14-hour drive away from Toronto.
Here’s hoping that one of our own homegrown doughnut shops comes up with something similar. I also wouldn’t be too surprised if these bad boys popped up at the Ex next year.
