If you’re in the mood for a little (or a massive) adrenaline rush, Canada is filled with them.
If you call yourself an adrenaline junkie (or a wannabe adrenaline junkie) you should make a point to check these off your bucket list.
1. White Water Raft Down the Ottawa River
Disclaimer: you will get wet (and possibly thrown from the raft).

2. Zipline at Grouse Mountain
Be prepared for a two-hour, five-line scenic adventure – if your heart can handle it.

3. Hit the Edge Walk at the CN Tower
For those who appreciate a good view of the city (and who aren’t afraid of heights or ‘edges’).
4. Treck Alberta’s Glacier Skywalk
If glass floors make you nervous, this probably isn’t for you.

5. Heli-Ski in BC
The only thing more thrilling than skiing in BC’s mountains involves the addition of a helicopter.

6. Bobsleigh in Calgary
It’s safe to say you’ll be too scared to make any “Cool Runnings” references.
7. Rock Climb in BC
Forget the indoor climbing gym and head straight to the heart-pounding source: The Great Canadian Rockies.
8. Ride The Leviathon at Canada’s Wonderland
You may want to eat after this ride.
9. Explore the Scenic Caves in Collingwood
Warning: do not do this if you’re claustrophobic.
