Notable Road to the Oscars Poll: Who’s Your Pick for Best Actress?

In just four weeks we’ll all break out the popcorn, white wine, and ‘I told you sos’ and watch the teenage doctor from that show about your mom host the 87th Annual Oscars. We have every intention of publishing our winners predictions and getting them all right, but the bigger question is, who do YOU think will take home the shiny gold trophies?

While this year wasn’t stuffed with incredible movies (only seven nominated for Best Picture), the array of stellar female performances in the movies we did get were as strong as anything we’ve seen in recent years.

And considering that neither Cate Blanchett nor Meryl Streep were nominated for anything, that’s pretty amazing.

From mothers struggling with Alzheimer’s, to Stephen Hawking’s weary wife, and all the way to recovering drug addicts and spiteful psychopaths; the women in 2014 covered some incredible characters.

But this ain’t house league soccer. Only one of them will take home the trophy. And we want to know who you think it should be?

Check out all the official Oscar nominations below for Best Actress and cast your vote. If you need a reminder of their performances, we’ve linked to their IMDB page, which contains trailers of all their recent films. Unfortunately we can’t let you add nominees, but we’re all for some healthy debate. Just make sure you get off the stage when the music starts…
