Employees Hilariously Photoshop Their CEO After He Falls Asleep at Work

You’ve probably fallen asleep at the office at one point or another.

And whether you snoozed off for just a nanosecond or took a full-blown doze at your desk (like this sleepy intern), you no doubt did a quick look around after to check that your boss wasn’t in the vicinity.

But it turns out even the top dogs have days where no amount of coffee in the world can stop those heavy lids from closing on the job.

The CEO of photo-sharing app Lightricks was unable to resist the lure of a quick – and as he no doubt wrongly assumed, private – nap at work.

In the absence of a nap bar or under-desk nap hammock, Zeev Farbman caught some shuteye on the sofa at the office – and it wasn’t long until his image was shared all around the office.

And the internet.

As well as snapping their boss sleeping, employees also editing him into a series of memes, including Klimt painting ‘The Kiss’, Alien vs. Predator, and even a tube of toothpaste.

Lightricks makes a popular editing-app called FaceTune that can edit, enhance and retouch photos on an iPhone, iPad, Windows or Android device. Users can also whiten teeth, remove blemishes, smooth skin and defocus or blur images, which they can then share on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.

Farbman is no doubt wishing his colleagues and employees had used the app’s toolkit to distort evidence of him sleeping on the job.

With over 4.5 million customers (including Kim Kardashian) and a perpetual position at the top of the App Store’s best-selling apps, we don’t blame Farbman for wanting to take a little midday siesta.

And, technically speaking, his prankster employees were only doing their job by editing his picture.

Keep up the good work, team.
